PLEASE NOTE for CCFFR 2002 Presentations and Posters

PRESENTATIONS:

· CCFFR cannot accommodate PowerPoint presentations at the conference due to excessive costs. Those who can supply their own computer and projector are welcome to make a power point presentation. Otherwise, presentations must be either:

35 mm slides

OR

overheads

POSTERS:

· Posters should be of a size no greater than 1.2 m X 0.9 m (4 ft x 3 ft)

· Posters should be set up in the Coal Harbour Exhibition HALL at the Empire Landmark Hotel prior to or during the welcoming mixer on the evening of Thursday 03 Jan. so that they may be viewed during the mixer.

· Authors should attend their posters during the "official" poster session on Friday evening, 04 Jan from 17:00 to 19:00.

· Posters can/should be on display during the entire meeting.
