My name is HuaLin Wong, I am 25 years old and a native of Newfoundland. I graduated with
a Bachelor of Arts degree in Socio-Cultural Anthropology and Philosophy in 1998. Upon
graduation from MUN, I moved to Halifax and enrolled
in ITI, where I received an Applied Information Technology
diploma in August 2000.
I started working at Dalhousie in August of 2000 as a research assistant for Dr. Jinyu Sheng. Incorporating the skills I learned at ITI, my duties at Dalhousie included the design, development and maintenance of the CANDIE website.
My 8 months at Dalhousie have been both interesting and rewarding. I wish the entire staff of the Oceanography Department success in all of their ongoing and future endeavors.
