Wine

Beyond being consumed to celebrate success or make problems temporarily go away, Wine can also be used to run Windows program on Linux.

Once installed, wine will create a hidden, directory called ".wine" in your home directory, in which you can find a fake "Drive C:". By putting things there, you can then type wine MyProgram.exe and it will execute it in a manner that tries to mimic Windows. You can also do that for installers and then the executable that was installed.
