CreateLauncher

To create a launcher in the "Dock" in Ubuntu 18.04:

1. Create a .desktop file in ~/.local/share/applications/
2. Fill it with all the required information (See below)
3. Go in applications and search for NameOfExecutable
4. Right-click and Add to favorites in the applications list

Inside the .desktop file, write:

Desktop Entry
Version=1.0
Type=Application
Terminal=false
Exec=path/to/executable/file
Name=NameOfExecutable
Comment=ToolTip
Icon=path/to/icon/picture
